I can agree in principal but not in practice.  Anyone or any corporation
rich enough to hire a boatload of attorneys could make it too risky to sue
them for anything because of the exoberant amount of money it would cost
too lose. Money buys enough protection already, it's just plain hard to
prove frivolity.
