Could someone please detail what a proper test entails?  (What does Dr.
Eischen use?)

I am sure there is a better method than testing mites found in alcohol wash
after treatment.
But if I had resistance developing I would not "step up the number of
amitraz treatments".
That's a good breeding program for resistant mites.
