> Beginning this week, Mexican truckers will officially be allowed to bypass border inspections and drive directly into the US to deliver their goods.

This is false. As reported in the San Diego Union-Tribune:

> At border ports of entry, security inspections of commercial trucks will not change, said Ralph DeSio, spokesman for Customs and Border Protection in San Diego. "We are going to continue to do what we need to do to process trucks for entrance into the country," he said.

> U.S. inspectors will check the trucks Thursday and will also have a database on truckers who have been approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Transportes Olympic's Guillermo Perez said. "It's a really controlled program. There's no way to avoid the law," he said.
