Joe,
Propylene glycol is a sugar alcohol...it has a sweet taste and aroma
which leads to animals drinking antifreeze which for some time had
propylene glycol as the major ingredient.

 Looking at the
>label, it lists the ingredients as minoxidil 5%, alcohol 30% by volume,

>glycol 50% by volume, and water.  No mention of perfume at all.
