I've been trying and failing to do this in my head.  About a  fifth of the 
weight is composed of water anyway.  The remaining sugars  presumably are 
broken down to Carbon Dioxide and Water so one needs to know the  weight of 
the various molecules involved and I can't remember accurately the  periodic 
table or the formulae for the sugars.
