The label on the HFCS I have here is listed at 5

Project aphis found ranges from 3-5  so very much similar to honey.

I have been told Honey ranges from 3.5 to 6,  but the "average is just above
4.


No clue on nectar.

Many test done on HFCS and bees,  all I have seen show that bees live longer
on more clear liquids.   Less ash content for winter clustered bees
suspected to be the key.   Not sure how that would relate to Immune
responses.
