I have used a few hundred FL, MS and GA queens over the years. I have used
many northern queens, OR, OH, VT, NH. I have never seen much of a difference
in survival. In fact a MS breeder gave me queens that were outstanding in
winter survival. I am located in MA, not far from the VT border.
