and as long as hive entrance."

Same goes with 1/8" cloth for moving hives in day/ hot weather if needed. Close them off in the prior evening and then they can be moved the next day without stings or worry of overheating. Just need to be nimble taking it out, gloves are a good idea if its still daylight!
