I haven't been on the BEE-L list for several years, just got back on, but
remember some time back some discussion about the honey drained from
cappings being better for treating allergies because of the high pollen
content.  Evidently the honey just under the cappings have a considerably
higher pollen content than honey stored deeper into the cell cavity.
