Here is all the procedure I did and I think it was successful
.
After keeping the bees for 24 h in a dark and cool place I moved them on their "new" location and added 1 brood comb. As I didn't have free mated queens at the moment and having a lot of capped queen cells I decided to put a queen cell along with the brood comb. Now the colony has new queen and she is inseminated.
Everything is possible in spring! I doubt it could be successful in August!
