Because of the federal Emergency Planning/Community Right to Know law,
you should be able to get a list of anything terribly objectionable
produced by the plant.  I'd start with the plants themselves, and,
if you get static, go to your state environmental office.  If
nothing else helps, try the EPCRK hotline at 800 535-0202.
