I would have imagined that the idea would be to keep the entrance screened
and just show the bees off to passersby, especially at an outdoor market.
 
Otherwise one would have to wait until dark to get the bees back.  Or put
a bee escape (backwards) on the entrance an hour before packing up to
leave.
