That's from a very old study - what bee pollination does in terms of human  
diet- and it included things like alfalfa.  That said, where it might have  
been an exaggeration at the time, our diet has changed substantially - U.S. 
 grows lots of fruits, nuts, garden produce that weren't being consumed at 
the  time of the initial study - so its possible that the number is an 
underestimate  by today's ag practices.  Jerry
