07/09/2012 - Topsoil moisture is now rated short/very short over 97% of Indiana, with subsoil moisture short/very short over 95% of the state. This compares to last year topsoil moisture rated short/very short over 18% of Indiana, with subsoil moisture short/very short over 11% of the state.
