    I wanted to remind everyone that the holiday season is upon us,
and if you will be away from your e-mail for an extended period, you
may wish to signoff the bee-l mailing list (or at least tell the
listserv to hold your mail.)
 
    to get the listserv to hold your mail, send mail to
    [log in to unmask]  in the body of the letter, send
    the command:
 
         set bee-l nomail
 
    When you are back from vacation, you can send the command:
 
         set bee-l mail
 
    to signoff, send e-mail to [log in to unmask]
      in the body of the letter send the command:
 
         signoff bee-l
 
    to resubscribe after you've signed off, send mail containing:
 
         subscribe bee-l your-firstname your-lastname
 
    for example:
 
         subscribe bee-l jane doe
