JB: Anyone see any problems with the articles re: supposed causation?

Well....Hackenberg had his bees in my beekeeping area from June through September.

We used to have simple farmland, much of it unused...great for beekeepers. Now we have significant increases in corn and soybean acreage.

Yet I have not suffered such severe losses as he claims he's had. I did have to feed my nucs in July, during what was probably the best season for honey-making we've had in quite some years, and that was frustrating.
