However one must ask how comfortable they are with the Agency's level of
concern.  I wonder why on one hand EPA is making an effort to remove ALL
organophosphates from the environment while on the other hand EPA express a
"level of concern".  Asked many years ago on this list, "When is zero
tolerance not ZERO tolerance?".  Answered many years ago on the list, "When
money is involved."
