Bellman was as sophisticated. In "Hoer Klockorna" ("Hear the Bells") The
text goes: "Hear the Bells ring anxiously" and there the melody wanders up
and down on three notes like a ringing churchbell in a sycopated rythm. The
finest example on this which I know of.
