I consider it a fact that neither Purcell or Telemann, in terms of general
popularity, are in the first tier.  Subjectively, the composers in the
first and second tier is up for grabs.  For me, Bach is a few steps ahead
of Handel, and both are many steps ahead of any of the others.

I did neglect to put Buxtehude in the 2nd tier; I always forget that man.
