I have only seen one of the Digger Odell guides--theone on Mineral
Water.  It has good illustrations but virtually no historical or
dating information.  I work frequently with late 19th and early 20th
century bottles, but my resource list is at home.  I will post during
the next few days if I find anything of use that George has not
already offered.
