Is this a joke Mats? Of all the later operas of Haydn, il mondo della lunna
is the least attractive in my view.

I would say that all of the above is highly subjective. Which brings us
back full circle on another matter. There are no absolute standards in
music quality.. Likes/dislikes are purely a matter of taste.This is why
when I sing Haydn's praises I focus more on his inventions than the music
itself.
What we look for most in music varies between individuals. When you say
Berwald's orchestrations are interesting you are talking about something
which I put a high value on.

Can't comment on this as I have never heard anything of Roman's.
