I have a few of his works including the Romantic Piano Concerto (a cross
between Brahms and Reger) Castelli Romani for Piano and Orch. (he had
obviously heard the music of Respighi); Sinfonia in Modo Antico (more
neoclassic-which is the same piece as the second string quartet); as well
as shorter works like the orchestral lieder; Nordlands-Rhapsodie, etc.
He seems to have the best reputation for his songs, but I greatly enjoy
his instrumental music, even if it is derivative.
