Over the past year, I've picked up several Bayer discs of chamber music,
drastically reduced at the discount section of a local store, and I think
they are excellent. I think that the performances by groups unknown to
me and the sound quality are top-notch. I've never heard of the Stamitz
Quartet (although there is a lot I haven't heard or heard of), but if were
you, Rianne, based on the level of production alone, I would snap it up.
BTW, do any members know of the general availability of Bayer in the US?
