Being "English" I might say "quite what one would expect, Old Chap"!!  I
bought a cheap UK Hyperion (Helios) it had ONE bad spot = I e-mailed London
&& as soon as I walked to the Mail Box = there was a replacement!!  I WAS
VERY IMPRESSED!!  Bill(Y).  BUT isn't this how business is supposed to be
done?? I can recall the days of "Good Morning Mrs K...., would you like a
chair? We have the kettle on, would you like a cup"?? IN A RETAIL SHOP!!
