The Classical Net site <http://www.classical.net/> has been revised
and updated. The site now has reviews of more than 1000 CDs, and major
improvements have been made to the reviews and articles section to make
it easier than ever to find the reviews you want. In addition, due to the
incredible growth in traffic at Classical Net, I have upgraded the site
bandwidth to ensure that everyone who wants to visit the site can visit
anytime they like. The Classical Net is now getting as many as 10,000
visitors a day, so major improvements were required. If you've had access
problems in the past, please visit again.
The list below (excerpted from the revision history page) gives just some
of the highlights. Check the online revision history page (linked from
the home page "What's New?") for hot links to individual items below.
November 24, 1999 (Holidays 1999)
The site will see its Five Millionth visitor in December 1999
and we will have two million visitors in 1999 alone!
Dozens of additions to link pages (look for the [New!] symbol).
Updated pages for several composers, including Part and a major
update to the Dresden Composers.

My thanks to all who contributed in the past couple of months. As always,
contributions are welcome. I can use articles and reviews of all types,
and no subject is too obscure, specialized, or technical.
