I honestly can only recall one list member who stated that CDs sounded
better than concert performances.  Sami might be confusing "sound" with
"listening experience".  I know that I had stated that I much prefer the
home listening experience to the concert experience, although I was well
aware that the pure sound is better in concert.  A listening experience
involves much more than sound quality.

Agreed.  There's also no substitute for the private listening experience
in one's home.  This assumes you like being where you live.
