Looking for EMI Piano Book

Dear CM fans, Back in 1996, I bought a book on the piano published in
association with EMI.  It was part of a whole series of books on the
various musical instruments:  violin, clarinet, etc.  Each book came with
a CD of music featuring the instrument discussed in the book performed by
various EMI artists.

I am looking for the piano version of the book since mine seems to have
vanished.  Does anyone know the name of this book or of the whole series.
