I can find only one complete "Wohltemerite Clavier" for organ.  It is
Bernard Lagace on the organ (I'm not sure where it is played).  It is five
discs and I don't think there is a complete set of it out.  The CD's are
Analekta 23012, 14-17.  There are also some Reger arrangements for organ
played by Wolfgang Baumgratz on MDG 3200716.  I'm not sure about using the
pedals for the bass notes, I don't know a whole lot about the organ, but
those are the recordings that I know of.
