They have.  I haven't seen them listed anywhere for about two years,
though, and I failed to get them when they were around.  I snoozed
and lost.  I think two different small labels released them as 2cd
sets.  Theorema was one and I can't remember the other.  I'm sure
they'll reappear before long, perhaps on EMI with the Abbey Road
foofraw.
