Schubert's 10th Symphony

Many books I read have Schubert as composed 9 symphonies, but some years
ago I recorded from the radio a tenth(!) one that I didn't find in the
catalogue of my Music Encyclopedia.  Is it an unfinished one (an other...),
a new discovery, or some piece that became classified as symphony recently?
