Seems to be a parallel with the world of organized sports - but personally,
I think musicians ought to be paid more overall (not the highest paid
eschelon, but the average struggling musician).  Sports can be entertaining
(I am not a fan, at all) but music lifts the spirit and for me makes life
worth experiencing everything more fully!
