Science News had an article on canola oil and its effect on
reducing strokes. Also, like olive oil, better for the heart than
other oils. So the latest on canola oil is that it is good.
But, you only have to wait a few months and it will all change
again.
The latest is that a low fat diet is bad for couch potatoes!
