I am concerned with FGMO mixing with the wax in a hive, and in effect,
contaminating the beeswax with mineral oil. We know the two mix and melt
together- at what level will the level of adulteration cause rendered
beeswax to be softer, sticker or whatever?
When adding other oils to a hive, we are contaminating the wax with another
substance- It may (or may not) be more benign than Fluvalinate, but it is
still a contaminate.
Can we consider this FGMO/beeswax any purer than if we threw a little
paraffin into the mix??
