I will be visiting Berlin for 2 weeks in September.  Is there any musical
attractions that I should be going? I know there is a Music Instrument
Museum near the Philharmonie.  Also, is there any places which are related
to Mahler in Berlin?

I may be going to Leipzig or Dresden as well for an overnight trip.
Anywhere I should go there? Is the St.  Thomas Church open to visitors now?
I've heard that it is now under major restoration for the coming Bach 2000
celebration.
