I always thought the gov't or whomever overdid these things and I have been
waiting for labels to appear that read:

"Warning!  This product contains water, which has been found to cause
drowing in laboratory animals"


Moderation is the key.  Stuff a hundred grams of saccharin in a rat and it
will die.  Pump it full of anything else, even water, and it will be just
as dead.
