Wherehouse Music (yes, that is their spelling), is a large retail chain
(600 stores), who took over Blockbuster Music (not video). They have a
deal on every Tuesday, trade-in any 5 used CDs for a new CD of $17.99, or
less. On the surface it might not sound like a great bargain, but that is
'any' CD, which is not a cut-out. I have traded-in a bunch of old odds and
ends, including CDs that I paid as little as 99 cents. This is only good
for in-store (the web site is a complete waste, except for store locations,
www.wherehousemusic.com) The downside is that many of the locations do not
have a decent CM selection. The upside is that each major metropolitan
area has atleast one Wherehouse Music location with a decent CM selection.
Mine happened to be located in an affluent suburb. Good luck.
