Thank you Goerge Myers for once again politicizing the list. But, as
long as we're on the subject, Have y'all heard that the Supreme Court will
be taking up a case this session that challenges the 1939 Act that set up
the Commission for Native Hawaiian Affairs? The Commission is elected by
people of Native Hawaiian ancestry to manage affairs of import to Native
Hawaiians. A fifth generation European Hawaiian is challenging the act
claiming that he is being denied his voting rights on the basis of race.
