Hate to clutter up the whole list, but...
 
I have excavated, analyzed, and reported a goodly collection of the crucifixes
from sites adjacent to the Ventura Mission.  The data are in two reports:
"3500 Years on One City Street" and the later, better one, "The Changing Faces
of Main Street."
Both are available at UCLA, in the library and/or the Information Center.  Let
me know if you have any trouble finding them.
