I agree with Felix Delbruck.  My own favorite version of Mozart's
flute/harp concerto is Elaine Shaffer's with Menuin.  Downright languid
tempi, enough to disjoint the nose of many an HIP advocate or performer.
Shaffer also did a recording of Bach's solo flute pieces that is comparable
in approach.  Galway is downright brisk in comparison, in both instances.

(Just to show that I prefer some music performed otherwise, I heard a
wonderfully crisp performance of a Haydn keyboard concerto last evening,
performed by Pinnock.)
