I have an ancient SPA mono LP of the "Concerto #6", played by Helen
Schnabel.  I kind of like the "Concerto 4a" title.  I also think I remember
that the youthful concerto in Eb was called "Concerto #0" by someone.

I also have the Music Minus One accompaniment to the Op 61 Piano Concerto.
No #6 mentioned there.
