I can't imagine why John wouldn't accept my statement as accurate
concerning a coupling.
I have the London recording on cd in my hands; here's the facts. The
Schubert Octet is coupled with the Mozart Divertimento, K 205. The catalog
number is 421 155-2. Total music time is about 72 minutes. The cd was
released in 1988.
Clearly, from the catalog number provided by John, he has the LP. I'm
surprised he's not aware that cd's provide significant increased potential
music time than lp's. It's good to keep up with technology.
