There has been lots written recently regarding finding queens. Another
slick method, add a queen excluder, wait 5-6 days, the queen is where the
eggs are, at least this way you can reduce the amount of frames to examin
by 50%.
                Then use the take away method, where that box is removed some distance
from the hive allowing mature bees to return to the main hive. I would
think it should be relatively easy.
                Another method. Buy from us a small phial, marked 'experience', not
overly expensive, but vital when dealing with bees.
