    Thanks, John.  From what you say I should be able to get a copy.  The query
brought a couple of  useful tips off list (Parks Canada address and phone
number).  We are checking them out now.  I'll look for their website too.

    Again, thanks for the information - sounds like we may have a time getting
hold of Fike and Toulouse.
