Or his fifth symphony, on a mid-priced Chandos CD.

The outer movements are both symphonic, starting slow and ending fast.
For some reason I can't put my finger on, I'm reminded more of Piston than
Vaughan-Williams.  The middle movement, in place of a scherzo, repeats and
varies a tune which sticks in the head for weeks.
