I once bought a lot of LaserLight classical CD's for a small and
struggling public radio station... I was surprised by the number of
good performances... then I notice last year, particularly with vocal
and opera, that there were some superb recordings... now I buy them for
introductory sets for friends...

I think LaserLight's releases beginning with about 1997 have as many
excellent recordings, proportionately, as a lot of other CD marketing
companies... but information on performers, performances, dates, etc,
are sorely lacking.
