So, does this mean that everyone's been mistaken in using the moniker "The
Red Priest"? This would rank right up there with some of the other musical
mis-translations:

-"cor anglais" (english horn) is more likely "cor angle'" (angled horn)
-"oboe d'amore" is more likely "of the Moors" than "of love"

Steve Trelease, now aware that "Testarossa" refers to the color of one's
*head*...
