Nielsen's String Quartet, Opus 13

I promised to continue reviewing Nielsen's string quartets, one at a time.
Although I spent considerable time over the weekend listening to the four
versions I have, I am not going to provide a critique of the versions.
Why? I didn't like any of the recordings, becuase I didn't care for opus
13.

It might have been me; I can't really say. None of the movements was to
my liking; each one was uninspiring with the first movement particularly
so-so.

It was noted that opus 5 was composed after opus 13. However, opus 13
was revised subsequent to the composition of opus 5. What are other
list member opinions of opus 13?
