I also do not care for discussion sites which restrict themselves to just
one segment of classical music.  It gets monotonous quickly.  That's why
this list is so good, and it's good for me since I tend to have a narrow
focus.

With this talk of the relative lack of discussion about opera, it strikes
me that Wagner is discussed often.  The difference must be the seriousness
of the libretto - the raising of themes that have some meat to them.

Speaking of meat, I'm currently listening to the Sibelius 5th symphony
conducted by Berglund on Finlandia.  It's not strong on "meat", but it
is a fine detour from the usually heavy performances.
