Depending on whether or not the Jade CDs mentioned in connection with
this thread are still available, an alternative source in the U.S. for
recordings of Mokranjac's music could be to contact the Serbian Singing
Federation:

   Serbian Singing Federation
   26356 John R Road
   Madison Heights, MI 48071

   Executive Secretary: Paul S. Bielich

I am told by a Serbian friend who sings in his church choir that the
Federation keeps scores for distribution to Serbian Orthodox churches.
They also hold a choral festival (this year in Phoenix AZ May 28-31),
and usually there are tapes of these events made available. Mokranjac's
music (which seems to be mostly liturgical) is widely sung at these, and
the Federation could have some tapes of his music suitable for wider
distribution. Based on my previous hearings of the choral festival tapes,
these are likely to be "non-professional" type performances, but very
heartfelt nonetheless.
