There are two recordings of the Misa Criolla by Ramirez on the PHILIPS
label, which are available at least in Europe.  The first is the world
premiere recording of the work by with the composer conducting (in the 60s)
and the other has as soloist the famous Jose Carreras and the composer, if
I remember well, supervised the sessions playing also the keyboard parts.

After all its a fine work.
